For restaurants

Your own ordering app. Zero commission, forever.

Pickup, delivery and QR ordering at the table — under your name, your logo, your menu. Every order that moves off a delivery marketplace and onto your own app keeps roughly a quarter more of the ticket in your pocket. Flat monthly fee. No cut of your sales. Ever.

The math

You already have the customers. You're just renting them back.

Delivery marketplaces charge a commission on every order — including the regulars who would have ordered from you anyway. Worse, those customers belong to the marketplace, not to you. No phone number, no email, no way to bring them back on a slow Tuesday. We give you the same convenience under your own brand, and the customer list comes with it.

  • 50 laminated QR stickers for tables, counter and windows
  • 10 acrylic table tents with your QR code
  • Window or door decal — "Order from your phone"
  • Counter sign
  • 500 receipt inserts with a first-order discount
  • Your Google Business Profile updated with the ordering link
  • Two staff training sessions
Square migration

On a POS that fights you? We'll move you to Square.

Square is the one major POS with an open, free integration — which means orders from your app land directly on the same kitchen screen or printer your counter orders do. Nothing new for your kitchen to learn, no extra tablet on the wall, and your end-of-day totals still balance because the sales land inside your POS. If you're locked into a system that charges you for every integration or blocks them outright, we'll handle the move end to end.

Let's talk
  • Full menu, modifiers and pricing rebuilt in Square — we do the data entry
  • Staff, roles and permissions configured
  • Kitchen printer and display routing set up and tested during a real service
  • Historical sales and customer data exported before you switch
  • We stay on site for your first two services after go-live
  • Your ordering app integrates the same day

Migration service from $600. We are an independent integrator, not a Square reseller — you keep your own Square account and your own processing rate.

POS compatibility

Straight answers about your current system.

Not every POS lets outside software send orders in. Some are wide open, some charge for it, and one simply doesn't allow it. Here's exactly where you stand — before you pay us a cent.

Square

Full integration

Free, direct and immediate. Orders from your app land in your Square Order Manager and fire your existing kitchen printer or display. Your reports stay accurate with nothing to reconcile. This is the best case, and it's why we recommend Square.

Clover

Integration available later

Clover integrations go through their App Market, which takes approval and a revenue share. We start you on a kitchen screen at no extra cost and connect the integration once your volume justifies it — you don't pay for the middleman before it pays for itself.

Toast

Menu sync now, orders via bridge

Toast doesn't let outside software push orders in without an approved partnership — that's their policy, not our limitation, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. What we can do today: connect read-only so your menu, prices and sold-out items sync automatically, and route incoming orders to a kitchen screen. Full order injection runs through a certified bridge when you want it.

Anything else

Works on day one

SpotOn, TouchBistro, Lightspeed, Revel, an old register or nothing at all — it makes no difference. Orders arrive on a kitchen screen that runs on any tablet, phone or laptop you already have. No new hardware required.

Why it's worth it

What an ordering app actually changes.

Commission stops eating your margin

The regulars who already know you stop costing you 15–30% a ticket. Move a modest slice of your existing orders over and the subscription has paid for itself before you've gained a single new customer.

The phone stops ringing during the rush

Every call ties up a staff member for about three minutes and invites mistakes. Orders that arrive as clean tickets don't get misheard, and nobody has to abandon the register to answer.

You finally own your customer list

Names, phone numbers, emails, order history — yours, not a marketplace's. That's what lets you fill a slow Tuesday with one message instead of hoping.

Bigger tickets, without upselling

People order more when nobody is waiting on them and the whole menu is in front of them. Add-ons, upsizes and desserts are a tap instead of an awkward question.

Regulars come back more often

Loyalty points and a well-timed notification are the entire reason people keep a restaurant app on their phone. That's retention you can't buy on a marketplace.

Orders are right the first time

No misheard modifier, no wrong address, no comped meal because the ticket said medium instead of mild. The customer typed it themselves.

You can see what's actually selling

Which items, which hours, which customers repeat. Real numbers on your menu instead of a hunch about the Tuesday special.

The table turns faster

QR ordering at the table means guests order the moment they're ready instead of waiting to catch someone's eye — and they can close out themselves.

Why AIDER

We've run the floor, not just the code editor.

We never take a cut of your sales

A flat fee is the whole point. If we charged a commission we'd be the very thing we're helping you escape — and we'd make more money the busier you got, which is backwards.

You own everything we build

Your app is published under your business's own developer account. Your domain, your Stripe account, your customer list. If you ever leave us, it all goes with you. We'd rather earn the renewal.

We tell you what won't work

We'll tell you plainly that Toast blocks outside orders and that your first month won't be your best. Anyone promising you the moon on every POS hasn't read the documentation.

You don't have to change your POS

The three reasons restaurants avoid new software are cost, training and downtime. We sit on top of what you already run — so there's none of the three. Migrating to Square is an option, never a requirement.

We come from operations

A decade of warehouse, manufacturing and logistics work before a line of this was written. We build for the Friday rush, not the demo.

We help you get orders, not just software

Signage, QR placement, your Google listing, the first message to your customer list. Software nobody uses isn't worth paying for, so getting it used is part of the job.

Bilingual, start to finish

Sales, setup, training, support and the app itself — in English and Spanish, by people who speak both natively.

You reach a human

You're not filing a ticket into a queue somewhere. You have our phone numbers, and we answer them.

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks us.

Do I have to drop DoorDash?

+

No, and we wouldn't advise it. Marketplaces are good at bringing you people who've never heard of you. What makes no sense is paying a commission on the regular who was going to order from you anyway. Keep both, and move the repeat customers over.

Where does the money go?

+

Straight into your own account. We set up payments so the restaurant is the merchant — we never hold your money. Deposits land like they do from any other channel, and you get a monthly statement broken out by sales, tax collected and tips, ready for your bookkeeper.

Isn't another deposit a headache for my accountant?

+

You already get separate deposits from your POS and every delivery app. One more is routine. And if you'd rather not add one at all, we can run it as pay-at-counter — the order comes through the app and the customer pays on your existing POS.

I already have online ordering from my POS.

+

Then you have a checkout page, and it works for what it is. What it isn't: an app on your customer's phone, a notification you can send on a slow Tuesday, a loyalty program, or a list you can market to. And if you ever switch POS, it disappears. Ours goes with you.

My customers are older — they won't use an app.

+

That's why we start with QR ordering at the table, which needs no download at all. Point the camera, the menu opens. And a good share of the orders coming in by phone today are from people who'd rather have tapped a screen.

How long until we're live?

+

Usually five to ten business days once we have your menu. Square restaurants are fastest. If you want the app in the stores, add two to four weeks — most of that is Apple's review and the D-U-N-S registration for your business, not our build.

Am I locked into a contract?

+

Monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans get two months free in exchange for the year. If you leave, your menu, your customer list and your domain go with you.

What if we barely get any orders at first?

+

That's the honest risk, and we plan for it instead of pretending. The launch kit, the QR placement, your Google listing and the first message to your existing customers all exist to front-load demand. And you'll get a weekly report showing exactly what came in and what it saved you — so you can judge us on numbers, not vibes.

Let's build your menu and show you.

Send us your current menu and we'll build your ordering page with your real dishes and your branding — free, no commitment. You'll see exactly what your customers would see before you decide anything.
